Our Renovations Process

During feasibility, taking into consideration your goals, we inspect the existing structure, and any draining issues. We evaluate mechanical, structural and/or electrical systems you may have concerns about. Once we receive approval of functional concepts, we do a preliminary scope of the work you requested.

During the design, we immediately apply for permits to ensure the work can be done within your timelines. We then draft floor plans, specify the materials to be used, and set a construction calendar. During the construction, we work on the foundation, the drainage issues and the framing. We implement changes to the mechanical and electrical systems. We insulate and drywall, then complete all finishing and detailing.
